Vreugdenhil in the Netherlands receives Utilysys® collapsible crates with Amaryllis bulbs from suthern Africa. At their nursery these flower bulbs are potted or prepared for dry sales.

Vreugdenhil is leading in Amaryllis (Hippeastrum). The No Water Flowers in wintertime are a resounding succes. These bulbs are covered with a thin layer of wax after being specially selected for their quality. This flowerbulb will thus have enough energy for letting the flower grow. The concept was conceived by Greencre8 and then developed in coproduction with Vreugdenhil Bulbs & Plants.

As from 2010 this company also collaborates with flowerbulb growers in suthern Africa. Here amaryllis bulbs are grown exclusively for the worldmarket of potted amaryllis and ‘dry sales’. These amaryllis bulbs travel comfortably in Utilysys® collapsible crates.
